![]() | Looking good mate! If the David Beckham look is what your after...well sorry... Too late! You already have a FAR superior physique to his ![]() Nice and lean... As winger said post up your diet and people should be able to help you add a bit more mass on your frame. From a purely critical point of view I would say your Lats could use some work. From the back shot you posted I can see that if they were to fill out a little it would give you a much better overall look and add to your V-shape. Although having said that I can't see too well since you have a vest on Can't really tell how your chest is doing either due to the vest. Anyways... Looking fantastic dude. Keep up the good work. |

![]() | thanks guys, your very kind! i do work my biceps and tris a lot, what are lats though ( sorry as you can see im not that clued up on gym stuff) and i only recently started doin sholder excercises. ill get some shirtless pics this week end. didn like the shirtless option cos my stomach is totally flat, but deffo no six pack. i dont have a serious diet plan. basically muesli for breakfast first thing in the mornin, then prob a sandwich for lunch, like a brown bread roll with prob some lettuce and tomato and some cold meat, like turkey or ham or somefin. then a really disgusting egg milkshake before i train so about 4 in the afternoon, its like 3 raw eggs and a teaspoon of coffee and a table spoon of milo to disguese the disgusting taste of the eggs and then milk. then after training i have dinner which is salad, rice or potatoes, and either chicken or fish or occasionaly lamb or beef. i snack on fruit most of the day, mainly apples and bananas. aslo i dont do junk food like macdonalds or whatever and i never drink coke or sprite and i dont drink beer, seen to many sad old guys with what we in south africa call beer boeps ( huge beer bellys) so i stick to spirits when i drink, like jack daniels or gin or whatever. so what do the experts think?? gordy, i do work my legs, or at least i try, it gets a bit frustrating cos it takes ages to see results ( in my case that reads i never see visible results) on my old program i had a whole day for legs, but at the moment im slackin in that department, so pilates is about all the leg training im doin at the moment. thanks for the positive comments guys |

| Newbie Trainer | do you wanna stay lean or bulk up???? 3 raw eggs doesnt sound much if you want to put muscle mass on. i was doing 12 per drink last year!
