  | Thanks for the comments.Those are my best pants..Anyways I really trying to lose the extra fat.Will post more pics in about 4 weeks.I've started using skimmed milk instead of full-milk in my shakes, and going to change to a purely protein shake instead of the Mass gainer I was using, which means about 250cals less per serving, also started cardio sessions 3 times a week.
