6ft 3 and 22 stone

strongman hoping to do some comps this year been training for 8 years

if you want to enter strongman comps your bench is in the right ballpark, deads I would expect you need to improve on, most of the strongmen I know are benching about 5 - 5.5 plates per side (220-240kgs) but their deadlifts are close to 300kgs (some slightly over)

Thats about bang on the money for the strongmen i know mate. They can both bench approx 5 plates a side, dead 300kg and im not sure what they can squat.
