Hope you didnt see the bottle of lube,,,oops! I am 31 for all of your information and had a very short paper round! I am not Muay Thia boxer, I practise Taekwon-Do, the shin however is not a duelling scar I tripped over on the beach lol, no-one was looking thank god!

My thigh is 24" and my chest is 41" I have posted my lifts in my routine in the getting started forum so all in all I have pretty much laid myself bare over the last couple of days! For John, the jobs I have run concurrently, for example I am at Uni but in the holidays I work F/T in the hospitals, during term time I work as a PT for Fitness first, hence my experience. Thanks all, will post pics of chest etc when I can edit out my mug! Regards SD

Here are some more pics, chest is my weakest area weight wise but I am happy with the shape of it, triceps are very strong but I really want that horseshoe definition!! I don't do any calf specific training but that will change soon, hence taking a pre cycle phot. I have Bicep pics and a full chest/bicep pose but I have to edit my face out Lol, you were right I do need to get a tan, but as a student I can't afford holidays and supplements ;) Graduate soon though then New Zealand here I come!!! Once my cycle is over, I will take the same photo's for comparison, hopefully there will be some dramatic changes. Regards SD
