| Latest pic.. I thought the last pic i posted was kinda on the small side..SO heres a bigger one..I'm wondering if I should carry on cutting a bit , till I can see all abs, and then see where to go from there..BF is a bit high 22% at the moment, What is the ideal to get in down too.. Struggling a bit to find the right routine at the moment..Thanks for the advice on the other threads, |
