Its only one pic but im try to get the jist whether id be big enough to compete.Id say in this im 17 weeks out but ive lost some fat since so about 14weeks out within 3 weeks hopefully 12/13weeks out

bro give it chance, its a sat night i don't think theres going to be many ppl on a forum (apart from me) haha, about the pic..... whether your ready to compete or not depends on a number of things age? which federation? stats etc. what ever you decide to do eat well, train well, rest well.

Yes of course you do, very nice arms, just get very hard and you should do great in natural body building shows.

Con last year I didnt do british finals but bnbf wlsh novice 07 2nd place and npa southwest under 78kg 2nd im trying to broaden my horizons an get away from the "natural" seen without substances if you get my drift. Im 30 and not a first timer were competing is concerned but only on the natural scene which Im trying to move of and on

Hi,
Well if your natural then well done,but be warned if you go to any other show that is not restricted by drugs test, it would be like you and your friend, who both have Ferrari's,you both turn up to show your cars, but your friend wins because his car is polished.

A natural can be polished etc my main worry is size but you never know.Plus i hate the natural label im a bodybuilder without assistance.

I wont be competg this year due to the fact that Im not focused enough.To much beer and loving it plus i need to rest this and pow 2009 or 2010 the year of the ed i hope. Fellow gunner and others thanks ive posted other pics under off season pies and all. OLLIE B i will be watching the emirates cup 2nd august and i can wait

I cant wait aswell mate. So far we have Nasri, Vela, Ramsey and Colequin in. I think we will buy 2 more players. We have to win something this year deffo
