![]() | Richie's journal Hi Everyone I thought I'd start a journal to keep me motivated. I started dieting last week. My objective is to lose fat and hopefully to be able to see my abs in a few months. A few stats : age : 29 height : 1m86 weight : 93.7 kg this morning waist size : 91cm :-( My training routine : Monday : Legs/calves Tuesday : Shoulders/Traps Wednesday : Back/Biceps Thursday : Legs/calves Friday : Chest/Triceps This week I've done cardio only on Tuesday after my training (45 min on stepper at low intensity) I've attached some current pics and my diet. All comments are welcome! |
