![]() | Me as promised... stats.. 19 y.o.. 1 year of proper training... was 101kg 29% bodyfat.. went down to 75kg in 1.5 month... .that was 2 years ago .... dropped out of the gym(retard) and then went again for another month(dropped out cause of personal problems(more retarded) and started properly with proper diet and routine 20th october 2003 now... 6ft 200lbs(91kg) notice the fvcking gyno from puberty... info on training and diet: http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/gaining-weight/3553-my-routine-diet-split.html i personally think that i lack mass on the chest(serious) and my side delts.. even though front and rear heads are okish... what do u think.. plz critique |

I thought the shoulders looked good myself. Ya know though, there are the most androgen receptors in the shoulders and pectorial major. So a cycle of test will explode those shoulders and chest. But beings that you are only 19, Scratch that but wait another couple of years. I think you look good, Legs might be the best bodypart, or maybe the biceps. |

![]() | thanks guys i appreciate.. hacksii i will be 20 on the 12th of November ..LOL.. nah. i will wait.. probably next winter .depending on my gains.. if i keep on gaining weight easily i wont do it.. when everything halts and no change in diet/training makes it better then "let loose the juice" :P |
