Evian start. We'll see how it goes :)

Hi everyone.
I have decided to post my pictures here as well. Just to see my progress.
A little bit about me. In the first picture i am 25 years old. Never seen gym before. My weight was 86 kg. I was training for 6 months and then had to stop because of the problems in my life. I had a break of 8 months. And now i weight 96 - 97 kg. So over 8 months i have put on some weight.
So a month ago i have started the gym again. And i promised myself that whatever is going to happen in my life there will be no breaks There is waiting loads of work for me. But that's the work i like

At the moment i am using these supplements: LA VIP Muscle protein, L-Glutamine, creatine. And my diet is OK. Eating 6 times a day. I get about 220 g of protein.

Height: 182 cm / 6' and a bit
Weight: 96 kg / ~211 lb
Age:26
Experience in a gym: 6 months before 8 months break last year. And now started again one month ago. Started: 01/06/08

Measurements (We need them here, don't we?):
Biceps: 43 cm / 17,2 inch
Forearm: 31 cm / 12,4 inch
Chest relaxed: 118 cm / 47,2 inch
Waist: 101 cm / 40,4 inch (oh dear )
Butt: 104 cm / 41,6 inch
Thigh: 64 cm / 25,6 inch
Calves: 42 cm / 16,8 inch

Aims:
1. Waist 85 - 90 cm / 34 - 36 inch.
2. Everything else gets progressively bigger.

So over a month I have lost just over an inch (3 cm) of my waist. Now it is 98 cm. I am happy. You can see my trousers in the picture. Very lose.

Thanx in advance for your comments.

Re: Evian start. We'll see how it goes :)

Thanx all of you for nice comments and for support. I really appreciate it.
Now i will write my diet:

1. Breakfast 1: 300 g cottage cheese, rice pure 200g, banana or grapefruit.
2. Breakfast 2: 140 g tuna with salad, bagel with seeds and cranberries and any fruit
3. Snack before lunch: jerky beef 100 g and any fruit, or protein shake istead of that
4. Lunch: 150 g salmon or 200 g turkey or 140 g tuna, and that is with veg and rice
5. Dinner: 200 g seafood with veg
6. 2 hours before going to sleep: 300 g cottage cheese, rice pure sometimes grapefruit.

Eating strictly every 2 - 3 hours. And loads of water. About 6L.

On workout day before 5th meal protein shake of 45 g of protein. Sometimes when i have no time to eat, always have a protein bar or a protein shake with me. Not mentioning creatine and L-Glutamine.

That's it of my diet.

Later on i will write my workout.

Re: Evian start. We'll see how it goes :)

Well well well. I am happy because somebody gave me strength today. Let's start.

1. Leg Press 3x10x 450 lb (last week was 3x8x 450 lb)
2. Seated Front Smith Machine Press 3x8x 110 lb (last week was 1x8x 105 lb; 2x7x 105 lb)
3. Leg Extensions 3x8x 150 lb (last week was 3x8x 137.5 lb)
4. Wide Grip Barbell Upright Rows 3x8x 40 kg
5. Seated Leg Curl 3x8x 150 lb (last week was 3x8x 130 lb)
6. Calf Raises on Leg Press 3x12x 270 lb

That's all of todays workout. It was sickening hard. I hate doing legs, but i know i have to. There's no choice. No pain no gain. Yep that's true. My legs are burning.

Nice...

P.S. What do you think of my workouts so far? Do i need to add some exercises? Thanx.

Re: Evian start. We'll see how it goes :)

Sometimes i really think that nothing is happening and i am doing everything wrong. Sometimes really having very bad days. I know i need loads of patience. I do have it But please, my iron friends, could you just have a little look and tell me if i am doing everything right? Is my diet ok or i have to change it a bit? Your opinion is really important for me. Please do not just pass by my thread. Thank you.

P.S. I have decided to do cardio. As i have an opportunity to go for a swim, i am going to do that. Starting today and will do that 3 times a week different days than weight training.

And i know by BF% It is 21.8% @ 97.15kg.

Today was DB day for me

1. Flat Bench Press DB 2x8x 30kg; 2x8x 25kg
2. Standing Barbell Curl 3x8x40 kg
3. Incline DB Press 3x8x27.5 kg
4. Alternating Standing DB Curls 3x8x 30lb; 1x8x 17,5kg (Didn't get 17,5 kg DB till my last rep)
5. Decline DB Press 3x8x 25kg.

Usually i don't do DB preses, but this time i did as i couldn't get smith machine. It was totally different experience. It was harder than doing BB. I found out that my left arm is much weaker than my right. I think when time goes they will become equal. I suppose.
