I think i need to see doctor immediately. Bad news. 2. Seated Front Smith Machine Press 1x8x 120 lb, 4x5x 120 lb 3. Leg Extensions 3x8x 155 lb 4. Wide Grip Barbell Upright Rows in smith machine 3x8x 45 kg 5. Seated Leg Curl 3x8x 150 lb 6. Calf Raises on Leg Press 3x12x 270 lb 7. Standing DB rear raises 3x8x10 kg It was my first time i was doing this exercise. If not my knee everything would be excellent. Now i need to see a doctor. :( |

First of all my current measurments: Height: 182 cm / 6' and a bit Weight: 94 kg Age:26 Biceps: 44cm Forearm: 32 cm Chest relaxed: 115 cm Waist: 93 cm Butt: 104 cm / 41,6 inch Thigh: 64 cm / 25,6 inch Calves: 42 cm / 16,8 inch I wont write all the exercises that i am doing on sertain days. I will post here just main exercises and weight. Dead lift: 3x8x250lb Smith flat press: 1x10x190lb 1x8x200lb 1x6x210lb 1x4x215lb Legpress: 3x12x450lb Latpulldown: 3x8x167.5lb Smith close grip press: 3x8x160lb I am very happy with that No i think everybody is waiting for pictures. Ok here we are. |
