| Getting HUGE! | Re: Ymir Before and now Looking good bro, Good size too, once you cut even more you could be really shredded, 5 months is along time to cut, just make sure you dont cut into the muscle. Are you using any AAS to help maintain your muscles while cutting?? Geo |

It's hard to tell how much mass I had under and how much mass I added while cutting. I went from 170lbs(badshape) to 236(even worse shape) I would guess I added about 30lbs of muscle and 30 lbs of water and fat this period, this period was about 18 months and I cycled 20 of those weeks, 3 short/medium lenght cycles low to moderate dosages, I ate far too much tbh! The cut has been going on for about 40 weeks now. I do think I added some more mass during the first 20-30 weeks of the cut and now im in or close to the zone where I will start loosing some of that mass. As for the diet I started slowly been dieting for about 40+ weeks now the first 25-30 weeks was a breeze and I was enjoying a few cheat meals here and there. after week 30 I started to "cut" into my food removing cheat meals And stuff I have done very little cardio "saving" it as one of my last tools and I started cardio this week. My goal was to diet very slowly maintaining good mass or even increasing it I was never in a hurry, since I have been dieting for so long I've had time to learn and see how the body changes to different intakes on carbs etc. Last 10-15 weeks I've done carbcycling in 2 ways, first basic High carb diet for 2-3 weeks, then lowcarbdiet with Carbcycling 2-3 weeks, basically I gain 3-6lbs of glycogen retention on the highcarb weeks, and when i go off them I often loose 4-7lbs and look sharper each "cycle" The thing i would change for the future is simply to go high carbs longer since it gives more energy, and simply trust my body more to burn the fat than needing to go off "carbs" ever 2-3 weeks to make a check on my shape. For AAS I've been running AAS for the whole diet I saw really no point in dieting without AAS since my goal was to keep as much mass as possible, and I have even added som mass so I have reached my goal.
