Rob I think that's the best improvement to date, you've ripped that belly right down and arms, chest and shoulders look a lot bigger and harder.

Bloody hell, you're losing weight so fast you've got stretch marks from it! Massive improvement there, you guys are going get me to start my cycle earlier than desired, I've currently got my target for January

I dont realy do that many inclines tbh. Maybe 3 to for sets per week.

Upper chest is much bigger.
Arms are bigger too.
I can tell that that last cycle blew your shoulders up.

Id say after the next 2 cycles you wont be able to tell that you are the same guy with the exception of the tats and the face.

By the way, you look crazy
