GYMBABE JOURNAL

As some of you may know - i did a test comp diet back in january and dieted for 6 weeks with some good results. Since then I have been bulking up and trying to work on my weak bodyparts - back, arms and hams. I measured myself yesterday and have made some surprisingly good gains in a short period of time. I am interested in competing this year so if i want to be ready for a comp in August, i need to get my bum into gear
So now is the time - watch this space - pics to follow next week.
