Did SQUATS 4 SETS SEATED LEG CURL 4 SETS WALKING LUNGE 3 SETS FIT BALL CURL ( GLUTE ATTACK ) 3 SETS LEG EXTN Didnt note weights but no PBS this session. Today I trained Back and Biceps, started with pull ups as squat rack was busy for deadlifts FULL PULL UPS 3 X 5 REPS 1 SET X 3 REPS DEADLIFTS - 4 SETS X 4 REPS - 60KG - I have dropped my weight to perfect my lift as after critique, i realised i needed to sort out my form and boy did i feel the difference ![]() CABLE ROW - 3 SETS - 42,49,56KG - 10 10 8 REPS BICEPS BICEP CURL 3 SETS X 10 REPS 10KG, 14, 16KG CABLE CURL 4 SETS X 15,20,25 4TH SET 30KG - FAILED ON 8TH REP. Really good session - really loving the pullups. Its strange - i never did them as thought i wouldnt be able to until a certain someone persauded me otherwise and i havent looked back since. Great workout today - enjoyed every sweaty minute! - BACK AND BICEPS 4 sets x 5 FULL PULL UP 4 sets x DEADLIFTS @ 6OKG X 6 REPS- perfecting my form which is why i have dropped weight a little 4 sets x SEATED ROW 42KG X 10, 49 X 8, 49X 8, 56X 5 BICEPS 3 SETS BARBELL BICEP CURL - 15KG, 17.5, 20KG 10,10,8 REPS 3 SETS DUMB CURL - 10KG, 10KG 10KG 10, 8, 8 REPS CABLE CURL 2 SETS TO FAILURE - 20 KG GB |
