My broadband will be available from my new house from next weekend so i will update regularly from then. Training is going very well - except for one weak chest workout last week - deadlift is up to 102.5kg and i had a really good back and tri workout yesterday - feels like I have been kicked in the back which I quite like Keep training hard GB |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: GYMBABE JOURNAL not sure yet carly - my partner is my best critic so we are going to decide when i am ready together - it is not something i will rush and wont get on any stage until i think i can win it ![]() Trained Chest and Triceps yesterday and had a very good workout, i trained with one of my clients ( i normally train alone) and really enjoyed it. MY barbell bench press is still stuck at 50kg but dumbbell chest press is up to 22kg and Barbell Tricep extn was strong. Also my eating has been v good - i think moving into my new house has in general made me much happier - im going to invest in a cross trainer soon as now have the space for it - so if i cant get to the gym to do my cardio i have no excuse! Oh and I bought a skipping rope today - so watch out Rocky ![]() GB |

DEADLIFTS 60KG X 10 80KG X 8 90KG X 6 102.5KG X 3 ANGLED LEG PRESS 100KG X 10 120KG X 8 160KG X 8 (PB) LEG CURL 45KG X 8 55KG X 6 57.5 X 5 (hams were screaming no more at this point )WALKING LUNGES 8KG,9KG, 10KG X 10 REPS Today is sunday and my glutes still feel like they have been kicked! |

Had a really good sports massage monday and feel much better - definitely going to start having one more regularly now as well overdue ! ![]() Trained Back and Biceps Tuesday and boy am i feeling it today! Only did Deadlifts and Pullups for Back and Curls for biceps - but that was all that was required ! Deadlifts - Tried 110kg but got to top of thighs and couldnt go any further :( - had my deadlift form critiqued and will try again next week so PB still 102.5kg for 2 Pull up - still doing full pull ups - 3 sets - 5, 5 and 4 reps Cable BI curls - havent done these for a while and to be honest - really enjoyed them as good to see my arm definition coming through in the mirror! Is that vain? ![]() Going to post some pics up next week to compare with my january pics GB x |
