I was training clients sunday carly but i left at 12! What time were you there?

I usually train mon, wed, friday - split and cardio whenver i can fit it in

i was there later i think around 2pm ok cool i will have a look at my shifts and let you no, be good to train with someone for a change!!

Had the best leg workout ever today!!

SQUATS 4 SETS 20 KG WARMUP
60KG - 8 REPS
70 KG 8 REPS
80 KG 6 REPS

DEADLIFT 60KG 8 REPS
70 KG 8 REPS
80KG 8 REPS
100KG 2 REPS!! i AM SO HAPPY WITH THIS ITS SAD

LEG EXTN 12, 10, 8 REPS

I cant walk and it feels great !!

SHOULDERS - MILITARY PRESS AND LAT RAISE - DROP SETS

Hi lil - i know it can be intimidating but just focus on your own workout. remember you deserve to be there as much as anyone else. The guys with knowledge are the ones that will welcome you, the others are not worth knowing and are just taking up valuable gym space

Ok decided to go for a change today and trained CHEST with BICEPS - i usually do chest with triceps.

Really enjoyed the session today but then again i usually do

BARBELL CHEST PRESS 10 @ 40KG 8 @ 50KG 6 @ 55KG
INCLINE DUMB CHEST PRESS 10 @ 18KG 8 @ 20KG 4 @ 22KG
CHEST FLYE MACHINE 10 @ 45KG 8 @ 55KG 6 @ 60KG
2 SETS OF FULL PRESS UPS TO FAILURE

BICEPS - 6 SETS -
3 SETS BARBELL CURL - 10 @ 20KG - 20KG - 22.5KG
DUMBBELL SINGLE ARM CURL 10 @ 12KG, 12KG, 14KG
