![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: GYMBABE JOURNAL Workout Update Trained Chest on Wednesday and had to do Triceps on Thursday as did not have enough time to train both on normal training day . really good sessions on both days so maybe the change is a positive rather than a negative.Today was Back and Biceps as follows FULL PULL UPS - 6 REPS - 5 REPS - 4 REPS BARBELL ROW 40KG - 10 REPS 50KG - 10 REPS 55 - 8 REPS CLOSE GRIP PULL DOWN - 47KG 8 REPS 54KG 8 REPS 54KG 6 REPS S/A DUMB ROW 14KG - 8 REPS 16KG 8 REPS BICEP CURLS 4 SETS S/A DUMB CURL 8KG, 10KG, 12KG X 2 ALL 8 REPS Couldnt do anymore than this for bi's as they were already fatigued from close grip pulldown and would only usually do 6 sets for bis and tris as have tried this type of training on recommendation and found it much more intense than 10 sets at a lower intensity. |
