Really well thanks, seem to be coming along quite nicely. This is about the time where I need to start being a bit more strict with my diet though

I'm looking forward to seeing your progress, it will no doubt give me a kick up the a***! LOL

BARBELL ROW - SET 1 - 40 KG X 10 REPS
50 KG X 8 REPS
60 KG X 6 REPS

HAMMER ROW 3 SETS X 10 @ 20KG, 8@25KG , 6@30KG

BICEP
BARBELL CURL 3 SETS 10, 10, 8
SINGLE ARM BI CURL 3 SETS 8, 8, 8

Was a good session considering i was tired when i started.

LEGS AND SHOULDERS WORKOUT

Very good session today - i usually squat as my first exercise but decided to do angled leg press for a bit of variation

LEG PRESS 10 @ 90KG
10 @ 120KG
10 @ 140KG
8 @ 150KG

BARBELL DEADLIFT
10 @ 40 KG ( WARMUP)
8 @ 60 KG
8 @ 70KG
6 @ 75KG

BARBELL LUNGE 10 @ 20KG 10 @ 25 KG 8 @ 35KG

LEG EXTN 10 @ 45 KG 8 @ 55KG 6 @ 65KG

Legs aching like hell right now


SEATED LAT RAISE 10 @ 8KG 10 @ 9KG 8 @ 10KG

SHOULDER PRESS MACHINE 10 @ 10KG 10 @ 20KG

Started eating clean today - eating every 3 hours - similar to my previous diet
