![]() | can u see a difference in my pics... just taken 2 pics, do u think theres any difference between the top 2 and bottom 2? first 2 was took at end of september last yr, i know its slow progress but like i said in my other thread i was only realy puttin in 75% or so up until the last month Last edited by marts_uk; 15-05-2008 at 03:02 PM. |

![]() | Re: can u see a difference in my pics... my diets clean until the wkend when i drink, i now weigh around 13.6st and in the top 2 pics which was end of september i was under 13st (cant remember exact weight), but to think just under 2 yrs ago i was about 11.5st, mainly due to me being a bad gambler im still thinking of doing a test-e course (which i have been saying for the last 8 months or so) but havnt had the commitment until now, as i feel like im realy enjoyin it at the mo and want to progress as much as i can |

If i were to be totally honest i would know you have been to a gym but wouldnt know you trained seriously. Im sorry if that comes across as short but there is minimal musclar development yet BUT it can be worked on Heavy work, years of eating well, clean and in a surplus and lots of rest would see you through Think along the right lines ![]() The thought of you using gear to develop scares me as i see so much room for natural muscle to be added. All round development required, even before we see the pins

| redbull gives you lats! | Re: can u see a difference in my pics... yep steriods ain't the answer mate... not after 2 years anyway... i've been training for 7 years without steriods and still have tons of room for more growth.... building a decent body takes plenty time and consistency with diet and training.

For starters, they're two completely different pics so there's nothing to accurately measure. You need to eat VERY big, mate. You do hold some muscle, but if I were you I'd stop ANY isolation exercises & focus purely on heavy compounds. Squat, bench, deads, rows, SLDL, OHP, Close-grip presses. I wouldn't even touch a bicep curl either mate. Nobody believes me, but seriously, don't do one single curl for about 3 months & see the difference in your biceps, mate. They get hammered from your back work. I'd be very tempted to do a full body split, too. Or alternatively a push/pull/legs. Good luck.
