![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I'm new to the board and just thought I'd upload a snap to show where I'm at. I've been bulking for a while, hence the gut. I thought I'd upload this particular shot because I'd just popped the top button on my jeans, give you something to laugh at! I can't be the only one that it's happened to...right? Current stats - 5ft 8'' 14st 9lb bf% (I'd rather not know!!) Chest - 47'' Arms - 17'' Flat bench - 3 sets of 5 at 125kg Starting carb cycling next week.

Put up some proper pics mate then we can get a better idea of what you look like. like a front double bi, lat spread me thinks?? |

I'll admit, I've neglected my legs a lot over the last year or two, recently starting hitting them as hard as I can though, not as easy when you train at home with limited equipment and no spotter. I'll upload some more shots soon, any tips on resizing them? Wasn't expecting this one to come up like that! Lol.

| People Fear us Because they don't Understand | Re: No laughing!! im in the same position mate, i neglected my legs, also training at home, i do dumbbell squats to stay safe, ruins your arms though holding that much weight in each arm im looking to invest in a power rack eventually on topic though, got some good mass there! whats your current diet dude? you got a good one sorted?

My average day - (I work 5pm - 3am) 9am - Whey shake, oats , multivitamins. 11:30am - 4 Weetabix, 8 Egg whites, 2 yolks. 2pm (pre-workout) - Large baked potato, chicken breast, broccoli. 3:45pm (pwo) - Large baked potato, whey shake. 6:30pm - 4 rounds of Tuna sandwiches. 9pm - Usually a bolognese, or a beef dish at least. 12am - Banana, can of salmon etc I like to get whey, eggs, beef, fish and chicken down me every day to vary my proteins. I used to use a casein protein before bed, but prefer to let my stomach get a good rest. When I eventually hit the juice though, I'll bring this back. My biggest problem is that, due to my circumstances, I only get 4.5 hours sleep a night... :(

| People Fear us Because they don't Understand | Re: No laughing!! surprised you can keep going with minimal rest i suppose it aids eating though, i find if ive had little sleep under my belt i cant stop eating so it makes my bulking diet alot easier not saying little sleep is good of course! ![]()

| aka Jimmy | Re: No laughing!! same stats as myself, that weight at that height is some good size, a lot of taller lads might be upto 240-250lbs but pound for height etc, were up there with them. No shame there mate, bodyfat aint too bad at all IMO.
