Cheers bud. Yeah, I think 3-4x a week. I'll rotate between hiit on my exercise bike, and 30 min runs.

I'll continue to bulk for about another 8 weeks, giving me 4 weeks after that to trim up a little for my holiday.

Basically, I'm looking for any input to my back training. I've recently got over a bad back, which also made shoulder training too painful, and have lost a bit of muscle.

My back routine is -

DB Rows - 3 x 8
BB Rows - 3 x 6-8
Deadlifts - 3 x 8 (4 sets if I have the energy!)

I really want to bring my lats out, but am limited to the exercises I can do because I train at home.


By richardrahl, shot with N95 at 2008-06-05

I know I can pack on a fair bit more width before I take the plunge and join the dark side. Any input/criticism greatly appreciated.
