| Everyone wanna be a bodybuilder but they dont wanna lift some heavy ass weight! | Re: my training log and progress Got back home few days ago but forgot to post up latest training posts, sorry Was training in Iran and trained as soon as I got back.Been thinking of changing my routine a little bit. Mon- Legs tues- Rest wed- Arms thurs- Rest fri- Chest sat- Rest sun- Shoulders n traps mon- rest tues- Legs and so on, kind of a cyclic thing goin on for a good recovary. Also might do pre exhastion methods in my training so doing isolated movements followed by compounds still doing drop sets. What do you guys think? Also doing bodyparts have been bugging me a little, is bodypart training ideal for mass gaining or is upper/lower better? and also is cardio still advised when seeking mass ?
