OK heres the update.

Shoulders are slowly recovering from trying to drag a half ton machine along the floor on my own should have used a rope and not my arms DOH!

Diet seems to be going well and i think i must have been holding a lot of water as my waist has shrunk a belt notch already and they certainly won't be fat in 4 days!

Had a senior moment this morning also. got up tired and got my ECA stack ready for the day and then in a tired haze picked the lot up and swallowed it. Thoughts of (man am i gonna be hot and wired today came to mind)
Well lets just say i got more done this morning at work than last 2 days but glad it's wearing off a bit now.

Diet looks as follows:

meal 1 7-30

protein shake and oatibix with skimmed milk

Meal 2 10-00

chicken sandwich with 50g chicken olive oil spread and salad

Meal 3 will be 12-30

chicken sandwich as above

meal 4 3-00

pro 50 protein bar and satsuma

meal 5 6-30

100g basmati rice 130g chicken

Meal 6 8-00

PWO shake which will be just protein, milk and peanut butter for fats

I am working on dropping out the protein bar in afternoon and going for whole food but it satisfies my afternoon craving of chocolate

Will get weight tomorrow night on my usual scales as another set said i had lost 4kg in 6 days. I hope not or some muscle is bound to go with that.

Just a little update (2 in 1 day must be keen) I have worked out my macros and I am a good 30-40g protein under what i thought after doing my sums wrong
Will correct this tomorrow as don't want to go too much lower than 400Kcals and waste away too much muscle.

I was taking some pics for my own reference as wasn't going to update but after seeing that i finally have a little seperation in my legs thought i would stick it up

well i feel a bit of a cheat as hit the pose spot on i think but then i suppose thats what it's all about. I find turning foot outwards really increases look of size. Thanks for comments mate, I have been nailing the legs recently.

Got into 34" trousers the other day(which i never thought i would do again) and was comfortable around the waist but my ass and thighs nearly ripped the seams out

cheers dudes, i love it when you lot stop by and massage my ego in all seriousness though it's this constant support structure on here that has really helped push me on. seems strange that the opinions of people you haven't even met mean so much but they do gonna go now before i sound too gay and the tears wreck my keyboard

i said tried on. wearing them all day would be another thing lol. I used to be a 29" waist until i hit mid twenties and boom! So heres hoping I still have naturally small waist under there somewhere

Well I dont have decent internet access so just a quick update(I had to!!!)

I got on the scales I use at my gym last night and woh! I have lost 10lbs in around 7 days I knew I was holding a lot of water but thats crazy. I don't know how much muscle that is but measured my arms (which seem to be the first to shrink) and dropped .5" which wouldnt be too bad as i suspect most of that os glycogen depletion i think.

I am assuming I will have another few pounds of water to come off then the drop should slow down.

Have done 35mins cardio every night and due back to lift weights tomorrow

Thta will be a good indication of if Kclas drop is too drastic by strength. Forearms are more vascular as a result of dropping the water and i can now see vain in hip dip! So head down and crack on with house now.

well thought i had better get my lazy a55 on here and update

Been back the weights now and have started light to give the shoulders a gentle break in and provide a progression over the next few weeks. Lifts were really nothing special so won't bore you with those(just the rest of my post)

Cut seems to be going well. Diet is still clean with a cheat meal the weekend (huge pizza)

Belt is now in half a notch meaning i can now do it up another notch but not comfy yet. Weight loss has slowed as i expected and hoped it would so hope to not loose too much muscle.

My goal at present is to see some trace of abs by the time i go on holiday in 4 weeks. May not be too realistic but hey you got to have a target.

still running eca stack but may have couple of days off at weekend to clean system up and lower tolerance.

Cheers dude, Hoping they will show some shape soon from cutting.

On that note I had a half day cheat today and eat loads of crap so not good but then again my appetite was going so may have been needed to rev things back up.

Back to it properly tomorrow.

Legs and cardio tomorrow (not good together) I cant believe how much i look forward to leg day lately as i used to hate training them.
