Decided to have the cheat meal and all! Shoulder is really sore today and feels quite tight so going to rest for a coupl eof days and back to it Friday night. I will be changing routine then also for something with the aim of building more mass. Thinking of trying the HST which is full body 3 times a week with 1 set a body part. Will be dropping back to maintenance calories soon as starting to pile the fat on again Cheers Colin

Itching to get back in gym tomorrow night. Just need to decide on routine to follow now. I am reading into doggcrapp, westside etc for something different. Any ideas gladly received I will have my weigh in tomorrow as usual and think from looking i will have gained another kilo easy. Sounds too fast to be true but i seem to have grown these last 2 days without training (maybe swelling up ready to burst like mr creosote) Well you heard of yoyo dieting i thinki am king! I will be finishing pct then onto a 6-8 week diet. Idea is to shed some fat to see whats underneath and see what condition i can get into in this time. I will treat this as much like a contest prep as i can to get a feel for things. From here on out i will try and get a bit more detail into log along with my usual rambling and spouting 5h1t Cheers Colin

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Bulkaholic's progress journal I have looked at HST (hypertrophy specific training) works on the principle of working every body part 3 times a week and loading deloading think i need more time to understand that one.I loved the 5x5 type routine but fancied something different. Will be lots of compound moves to build real mass and will include lots of strength training moves i think. Gonna go and have a read now see what takes my fancy Cheers Colin

Going back to 3 day split now using pull, push and legs. Not looking forward to deads tomorrow due to back pumps from SD. Hoping these will die off in next few days. Looking forward to shedding some of this water also ![]() Will take afew measurements later just to see any growth. Cheers Colin

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Bulkaholic's progress journal OK Worked on push day today as legs still hanging from Fridays session. Had to go light on weights due to this shoulder injury(is getting better now) Started with incline smith press 60kg for 3 sets of 10 then onto 3 sets of 10 same weight declines Then worked through a set of tri push downs superset with overhead rope pulls. Had to leave shoulders today also so a real quick session. I took some progress pics today and will post them up later or tomorrow. Quite pleased with gains just need to see if i can keep a large portion of them now. Cheers Colin

No cardio at all as the back pumps from SD wouldn't let me do any at all. Been off cycle for 4 days now so deadlifts tonight will let me know if there gone ![]() I must have been holding a boat load of water from cycle as most of it seems to have dropped off already and i look leaner than the pics already! Thanks for the comments Colin

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Bulkaholic's progress journal No probs mate it's all legal over the counter anyway. I ran epistane for 4 weeks at 30mg ed during cut which was abandoned then switched compounds to superdrol for 20mg ed for 3 weeks shock to system(I think it worked) Now 4 days into PCT which is: days 1-2 100mg clomid 40mg nolva days 3-14 50mg clomid 40mg nolva days 15-21 50mg clomid 20mg nolva Before PCT i was up 5kg but think i have shed a little fat also so difficult to assess overall gains. will weigh in on fri as always and see what weight has dropped. I hope not too much as don't really feel shutdown too hard although without bloods cant confirm that 100% My experience of this cycle is that i will never run epistane again as the rebound when stopping gave me gyno symptoms. SD I loved all round except back pumps and i seem to have thinned the hair on my bonce a bit to. I don't know if I will run another oral again or go for test next time gaining some proper quality mass. Hadnt run clomid before and just have to watch mood swings as one minute wanna hug everyone next minute wanna shout at people They seem to have got better though on lower dose though Cheers Colin

It's been a while since deadlifting si i started nice and light and will progress over the coming weeks. I will post up another thread get some advice. i thought there was a check to see if muscle or kidneys. Anway ended up at work for 14 hours today so no gym. Cheers Colin
