Dumbell shoulder press: 4 x 10 x 55lb Side lateral raise: 3 x 10 x 32lb straight arm pull downs superset with straight arm front raises Finish with cable rear laeral raises. Will give myself a good slap in a minute and wake my sorry ass up ![]() Anyway enough wining and on with the log ![]() Arms today and they are hanging now which is great. I dont think i can really put a routine down and i just hopped around everything and worked like crazy until arms felt like falling off. Did some 21's with the ez bar some hammer curls and some cable curls. Then tricep pushdowns, overhead rope pulls etc. I think the growth has come on fast the last week although so has my moon face from the water! Holding water on my already saggy tits to so will be glad to shed that. Holiday in july so have time to plan final bulk phase when i get back. Need to read up on the weight classes for NABBA so i can see just how much mass i need to pile on. I would like to gain another 5-10lb of muscle before new year so will see how that goes. Been training hard and falling asleep early so i suppose thats a good thing. Well I have 5 days left of this cycle then into PCT. Been really pleased with the gains and hope to hold at least half of them post cycle. I have decided after much help to enter the 1st timer class at NABBA as a weight class would setting up for a big fall in my first comp. So the plan is to carry on eating big and run one last bulking cycle of 8-10 weeks. Not decided on compound yet (either sust or tbol) depending on discussions with the boss indoors lol! Started on tri's with straight bar cable pushdowns then superset with v bar pushdowns. Then onto seated dumbell curls for bi's The onto rope pulldowns for tri's with superset of overhead rope pulls Finished off tri's with a set of skull crushers The a set of 21's to finish bi's Well last week of the SD now and to be honest need it to end anyway. growing well in areas that were weak before but the back pumps and cramps are now becoming pretty harsh. Not sure what it is has been there a few weeks now but not getting better so time to drop the shoulders for a few weeks and use that time to blast the legs. Well i said i would do this warts and all so have put some pictures up of the wheels(if you can call them that lol) They have come on leaps and bounds from what they were but need much more work. I am determined to sport a half sensible pair of legs on stage if nothing else. Only diet will really tell whats hidden under the fat layer so we will see. I will be cleaning up my diet next week as some crap is beginning to creep into my daily intake. On that note have hardly sh1t at all this last week and am assuming that means i need to eat more? Well my legs have never grown any sense until i started the low impact uphill cardio on treadmill. I was dieting but my legs starting growing like crazy. I will be back on cardio in next few weeks so hope for more growth. I guess this points at my legs likeing the high volume work so will also try that also. I am really pleased with the progress so far and put this down to the great advice i have received on here. My diet has improved massively and seeing all these people competing has kept my motivation higher than ever before. Cheers Colin | |
