Re: hey:)

Welcome mate
ok, you can eat to grow muscle
eat to get big/bulky
enjoy training with one eye on nutrition

11 stone will be easy as the first stone is a given and minimal body fat should be put on

who or what are you training for though?

I think he meant...

Junk food/bad fats = big/bulky (not muscle friendly foods)
Lean food/good fats = muscle

Good luck with the bulk.. your lean but also quite muscular.. with some dedication and educated decision with the bulk diet... you'll be showing some good results in 6 months.

i just find it realy realy hard to bulk up..wel i did.. i found my self getting full very easy..but this new diet im on, im alot more hungry most of the time.

i found this diet on here with a litle bit of editing im managing it ok:

Meal 2: tunafish sandwich.. i despise tuna but i manage:\

Meal 3: 2 Peanut butter Sandwiches

Meal 4: 2 Breaded Chicken Patties w/ a slice of cheese on each, 16oz Water

Meal 5: 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Pasta on a white sauce, Mixed
Veggies, 16oz 2% Milk

Meal 6: 1 Cup Cottage Cheese, 160z Water

Re: hey:)

stick in one or two shakes in that diet aswell pal, to up the protein

a high protein diet speeds metabolism, making you feel more hungry!

thats when the bulking gets easier, hard to get full hehe

Re: hey:)

I'm currently in the home buying process and have gone completely retarded...I had a hard time sticking to it on the weekends for two reasons

1 : Didn't continue to premake my meals which is a bad idea. Continue prepping meals throughout week...

2. Slept in, but still went to bed around the same time so it cut out usually 2 to 3 hours of awake time to eat.

My diet is void at the moment but when I go back on I will be adding a couple of shakes a day to my plan ....They were a gift from Con, so they should work well

100 grams of instant oats i buy the quaker ones from wallmart.
6 whole omega eggs
1 banana
2 scoops of a good quality whey
The marco nutrients as a general come out at
90 carb
30fat
80 protein
give or take a few of each.

Re: hey:)

No...skipping a meal here and there will have it's negative effect.IMHO...If your gonna follow that plan you can't afford to skip and think your gonna gain...It's alot to put in your stomach when your not use to it so you probably will have to work on it till it get's easier....
