Smile New pic from 1 month diet

Hi guys just another pic see what you lot think?

Been on new diet for a month and gained nearly 10lbs, that may not seem alot but i see a big difference as i didnt gain any fat what so ever? (im lucky in that way) Have always been very lean.

Want to try to keep bodyfat levels low but still add more denser muscle

Thankyou

Yep thanks to you DB you tweaked up my diet, i was just worried for any fat gains but i can still see abs so its cool, im weighing a touch under 190lbs now

Heres my diet

7.30am
3 toast and honey and protein shake mixed in oats with peanut butter

9.30am
2 cans of tuna with brown rice mixed with veg

11am
1 cheeseburger pint of water with banana and apple

12pm
pasta and chicken yoghurt mixed with almonds and rasins

1.30pm GYM

2.30pm
myoplex shake with 5 rice cakes with honey on them with a banana

4.30pm
Large jaket spud, mixed veg and steak , large salad with flax oil

6pm
1 cheeseburger with skimmed milk and mixed nuts

7pm
Rice and chicken with vegs, large salad with flax oil

9 - 10pm
2 honey toast and casein shake (nutri sport 90+) mixed with 15 g peanut butter.

Tell you truth it has been hard constantly cookin and eating but what i didnt do was prepare the meals early

Re: New pic from 1 month diet

LOL dude..

invest it LOTS of tupper wear boxes!!

i cook 1.2kg of chicken, 500g rice, 500g mince 3-4 jacket spuds 2x a week

do it all at once then put them into tupper wear boxes in the fridge as ready meals so what ever u fancy smash it in the micro for 2 mins..then add abit of oil& job done! do that twice a week when not dieting.. have eggs for 3 meals a day aswell but raw in shakes with oats...take seconds to make

Or you just nick my tupperware

Really you only wanna keep cooked meat for 2 days. Rice, Pasta and potatoes etc can last 3 days and anything egg based 24hours. Can you tell I used to be a chef lol

But yeah bulk cooking is the way forward

Na cooked chicken last about 5 days easy in the fridge!

i offered u back your tupperwear u pr1ck! about 30 secs before you 're-decorated' my kitchen in eggs&oats! lol

Eggs i nuked&blend in the morning then keep them in a separate bottle in the fridge and mix them into my shakes as and when..
