Looks good but i think more power moves like deadlifts would benefit you.
not sure what you mean is it one set beyond failiure with heavy duty? most of my sets are to failiure and usually finnish off with a drop set.

it pretty bland taste wise and some people will say its strict but its nice and simple, i make all my meals the night before or sometimes ill do them for three days and put them in tupperware in the fridge.
Although i do find it harder to stick to this over the weekend and often miss a meal here or there.
