at the moment a typical days diet is:- 3am protein shake 8am oats and eggs 10am mass attack shake+ bannana 12 b.rice, chicken breast, fine beans and broccoli 15:00 tuna/chicken sarny 6:00pm b.rice, chicken breast, fine beans and brocolli 7:30 TRAIN PWO-40g protein 60g cornflour 9:00-b.rice chicken breast and fine beans 10:00-mass attack shake it pretty bland taste wise and some people will say its strict but its nice and simple, i make all my meals the night before or sometimes ill do them for three days and put them in tupperware in the fridge. Although i do find it harder to stick to this over the weekend and often miss a meal here or there. | |
