Hi all this is a pic of me at the BNBF centrals last year it was the first show that I have done but it wont be the last 14 weeks to go to the central this year and hope to be in better condition as the judges I spoke to after said I need to lose some more fat

Looking good mate.

Awesome peak on bicep and sweep on tricep, be good to see some more pics.

You can see there might be a bit of water around the lower back but pretty sharp.
