  | PB at Portsmouth Couple of guys have asked how i looked at the Portsmouth show well heres the best pic i could get. Apologies to Baz has i've had him edited out lol..  | Re: PB at Portsmouth Nice pics PB as I said to you before I was at the show and think you have a nicely balanced physique, it was really tough on you having to do the over 80kgs. Hows the eating and training going after the show? you planning on doing another show, I think you should. |

TBH staying pretty strict but hunger is worse now even with more cals coming in then when i was dieting. Yes i am planning on another show but i'm aiming for a later qualifier got to work on a couple of prominent weak points arm size and lack of ab definition. S | |
