![]() | help with bf% can anyone guess my bf.i have carb cycled down using ps carbs advice from 15st 4 to 13st 5 at 5ft 10 due to having back surgery.originally my stand on scales where saying 22% now nearly 2 st lighter they are still saying 20%.my forearms are getting very veiny and i can see my abs when i tense .surely the scales must be way out .see the pic thanks. |

![]() | Re: help with bf% i dont wanna be too heavy .ive been training on and off for 10 years .i was 15st with a 32 inch wasit and ended up slipping a disc in my back 2 years ago.i have had on going problems since with my lower back and eneded up being 15st 5 with a 36 inch waist so thats why i wanted to drop the weight .carrying alot of weight either fat or muscle aint good if you have a bad lower back injury.im awaiting a second surgery in france late this year so i wanted to get lighter as i wont be training for a while after i have had the procedure done. |
