If i have to be honest i would simply say focus on gaining some muscle

You may end up fidning you diet down to a state that appears untrained

carb cycling is great for bodybuilders but do you need it?
as for the scales? bin them, the number mean little

Re: help with bf%

i dont wanna be too heavy .ive been training on and off for 10 years .i was 15st with a 32 inch wasit and ended up slipping a disc in my back 2 years ago.i have had on going problems since with my lower back and eneded up being 15st 5 with a 36 inch waist so thats why i wanted to drop the weight .carrying alot of weight either fat or muscle aint good if you have a bad lower back injury.im awaiting a second surgery in france late this year so i wanted to get lighter as i wont be training for a while after i have had the procedure done.
