Re: 9 weeks progress

9 weeks, well its still very early days. 63 days...

It will take years mate but stick with it and one day your look in the mirror and your see a big diffrence.

You havent gained excess fat, thats a good thing. nows the point to up your protiens/carbs gradualy and see what your happy medium is. check again in 30 days look in the mirror and examin if your depositing any excess fat - if you are then tone the callories back a bit.

As long as your numbers are going up or your reduceing the time it takes to do your session/rest then thats progress. Sometimes I get stronger and dont make any visable progress then sudenly i will make a big step forward size wise.

Eat more, you might have a overactive metabolism who knows? lol just gradualy increase your calls and monitor your progress, 4.3k is not much realy try and up it another 500 calls and see what happens you should gain weight then. (assuming your thyroid isnt acting like a bag head on speed).

If after 7 days you still see no movement on the scales up it another 500 calls and so on... but if your left a month later after upping your daily calls to what would it be.... 6.3k per day then its time to see the doctor as theres deffo somthing up with your metabolic rate.

Re: 9 weeks progress

cool cheers mate, i didnt really think about any potential problems. ill keep an eye on it. i also think i am over training a bit as this week i have felt like shi-te, worn down , tired lathargic.

im going to take some pics again in 3 weeks and see where i am , not that im expecting a large difference but just to see as a comparison and keep a check on my fat level,

i have posted what i was eating up on the diet section and i am busy re riting a diet now to see wat i can do wit it. also im writing a wo up on the training sec aswel as i need to sort it i think
