| evad | Re: (davetherave) the road is long it was a warm one today so i was topless in the gym (it's ok as i train at home) and i noticed i have lost a bit but there is still a good level of fat to be lost the traps seem to still be there though which is a good sign as i usually lose these, i reckon i need to lose about 14% bodyfat, wont be easy i know but this should get me down to about 10%
