My starting Point.

This is is my progress so far over 2 months, i have got any pictures from the beginning, It was only on reading that keeping an journel on here that i decide to start taking them, so this is my starting point. I'm 16. I probally look weak and tiny but oh well. px. phone camera it not very good!:(

This is my current routine. I'll post the weights on from tomrrow

Monday:
Deadlift: 40kg: 4x8 (working on form)
BB Row: 50kg: 4x8
Chins 3 x 10
Curls 30kg 4x8


Tuesday :
Flat BB Bench: 40kg 3x8
Incline Bench Press 30kg 3x5
Flyes: 45kg
Close Grip Bench Press 25kg 3x8 (failed on 3rd set at 5)
Military Overhead Press 30kg 3x8( think was the weight)
Upright Rows 30kg


Wednesday :
Deadlift:60kg (3x8)
BB Row: 50kg (3x8)
Curls: 30kg (3x8)
Squats: 40kg (3x8)

Thrusday:
Flat BB Bench
Incline DB
Dips
Close Grip Bench Press
Military Overhead Press
Upright Rows

Too much IMO.

You should be doing something like TH&S's sample routine in his siggy. A 3 day split, or even 2 day split, focusing on compounds is what you need.
