| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Re: Daves Progress - started 3/4/08 cheers colin mate im surprised they are still showing through, i mean ive added a stone, waist has gone up 2 inches and hip bones have gone..kinda.... i was worried at the start of bulking my abs would go but since doing more core work like deadlifts they have got more....wider...if that makes sense cheers for feedback again! been a downer today, felt dizzy all day, drink spilt in my gym bag when i got there, had to dry t shirt etc in toilet under the dryer for AGES!!! and then as i was making my PostWO shake, my blender melted..... anyways..... squats were good today..... went very far down and was grunting like hell, some guy said something to me in Portuguese when i finished my sets so i smiled and laughed.... he probly said you weak sh!te ![]() |

| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Re: Daves Progress - started 3/4/08 back and bis deadlift finished with 4 reps of 80kg - could of done more, but i started light and didnt want to over do it, was just finding my weight did t-bar rows today aswell for 30/35kg, but didnt like it, didnt feel it on my back so i may try standard best over BB rows next week rest of the work out was on machines or biceps, which im not going to bother recording as they vary depending on the hardness of my back workout Last edited by Mrdaveyk; 31-05-2008 at 01:49 PM. |

| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Re: Daves Progress - started 3/4/08 gotta write this down quick before i forget lol..... incline press - DB - 22.5kg 10 reps 25kg - 8 reps 25kg 8 reps couldnt find the 27.5's...... either way im nearing the 30's so im chuffed BB flat - 70kg - 10 reps 75kg - 5 reps and lost form...... was gutted didnt even reach my chest shall start at 67.5kg next week, i really got to keep on top of my form tricep extensions(wrists facing up) - No 8 10 reps No 9 8 reps No 9 8 reps couldnt move plate 10 so ill work on plate 9 tricep extensions (wrists facing down) - same as ^^ as mentioned before some machines are numbered so i dont know what im lifting, i think they are 5kg each perhaps, ill find out close grip bench - 40kg - 10 reps - 45kg - 8 reps 47.5kg for 8 reps |

Just keep doing just as you are. Keep trying to add a small amount of weight. Keep going the way you are and with the right diet you have a massive amount of growth ahead of you. It's great to see you doing it natural to. cheers Colin

| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Re: Daves Progress - started 3/4/08 the funny thing is i feel the odd one out in my gym im the only one that trains alone and not only that i think im the only natural trainer there i can over hear people asking about next cycles, and tren seems very popular, no idea what it is, but they love it! ![]() abit disappointed with my flat press as its going the wrong way am going to look for a training partner mind, need someone to aid my last rep rather than just missing it out cheers Colin again! |
