forgot i posted an update with no text hehe

diet and training has been out of the window last week, just lack of motivation and some problems crept up that just drained me, i mean i trained but i was really there if you know what i mean!

anyways! thinking about joining a local gym to which i havent tried yet, alot of HUGE guys come out of there so im guessing they got decent gear for compounds etc

will take a butchers in the week!

either way quads have rocketed, calves remain the same, but atleast im getting more into proportion with my upper body!

ive also jumped up weights, gains were going slow and i think thats one reason why i lost interest so my bench i have whapped another 10 kg on bringing him to 80kg for 5/6 reps for 3 sets, im just playing around at the moment, finding my true lifting

i think you will find it easier to motivate yourself at a gym and also it puts a nice social side to the gym and stops it becoming a chore.

Good progress mate keep at it.

Gains and motivation will go through the roof if you join a gym mate, and if theres big guys coming out there you'll push yourself even harder looking up to those guys!

took a butchers at a new gym today

its got everything, power racks, squat racks, everything!

i cant believe i never seen it before, ive been in there but the first room is all cardio and i thought that was it but it opens up into a superly packed out weight room!

3.95 a week or £16.99 a month and it includes one hour free sun bed a week, i wont use that though, i prefer being out in the sun, although i suppose i could tan my @ss

new gym is good! just got back! i admit its weird getting used to Olympic set ups, lost my bearings abit, couldn't decide what weight i was lifting as the bar weighed more, anyways, back again tomoz, legs!

they are going to have it!!!

The legs are evil and must be punished

I bet your progress will accelerate even more now. It's so much nicer knowing your not gonna pin yourself to the bench and not be found for days! although when i have done it i wish so many people weren't there to help lol
