I ask as with this comp prep I am eating sleeping and indeed dreaming it at present. I can't believe you have let your bulking diet slip when I am on the verge of carbless insanity ![]()

| 2011 | Re: Daves Progress - started 3/4/08 Hello Sirdaveyk, im blown away by your deadlifts! My heaviest set of them is 87kg (on the 4th set) and i can squeeze 10 out, but i usually have to push my eyeballs back into my head afterwards . DB press i do inclined but 26kg is my limit, 35 and i would need a pretty assistant on each side to put them in my hands. You monster, i bet you could eat a whole welsh lamb in one sitting.Anyways, i wondered are your military, bench and squats done free or using a smith machine at all? My gym doesnt have any decent equipment just lots of machines and a DB shelf so i utterly crave a bench and squat rack. Also, can i hassle you for your typical bulking plan. I want to compare it with what im doing. Thanks! |

| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Re: Daves Progress - started 3/4/08 cheers for the feedback guys hehe yeh i know, i was planning on adding some more fat over windter months to save on clothing as im currently skint, but the new job thing is taking over eating at the moment, im making it sound worse than it is, its nothing to worry about im still getting a good balance my deads for 140 on a good day ill get out 10 but im choking on the 10th rep, also on my brink on brown back ![]() glad your still going for the comp colin mate, im learning welding and a few electronics at the moment and have become quite fascinated lol, so im finding myself either welding or in the machine shop longer than intended so time for food is a little less, but im still carbed up so i dont feel crappy or anything, goiod luck for october buddy! jon mate all my lifts are free weights and as for eating a lamb, you are pretty much right, my metabolism is a killer to please had a full english the other day ( ) and had a belly buster as it was called..... was still hungry as for the bulking plan ill see if i can dig it up its on this journal somewhere |
