Somehow I blame it on the mixture of liquid ( water ) and the cottage cheese...mainly the liquid...I had alot of milk in my diet so it made me question Kidneys...My reapproach will still have milk, just not as much and possibly in differant places...

I've just done DB mil press for shoulders today, But only could lift 15kg for each arm :|
Though when i use the BB i can lift 50kg for 3x10 :Z

When doing DB mil press i sit at the end of the bench without using the seated bit at the back, was told its much harder that way?

what about you dave?

ive stopped doing mil press with DB's for abit, just using the plain old BB

when i used to do seated i always used the back piece, i can see how it makes it harder, as not only are you stabilizing the DB's but also your entire body to keep good posture

i would work on your Db's for abit mate, get those stabilizers in good form or vary each week, they dont take long to catch up

aye i do prefer the BB, i used Db's until i could control a weight i was happy with, then just continued with BB

have found some old pictures from my old pc, haha some of them are embarrassing (long hair and bum fluff for a beard sitting on top of skin and bones)

to compete natural when im roughly 25 and have a few good years of eating and training under my belt

not bothered about winning or anything, just something different and an award for giving training alot of time and patience

just thought id let you guys know, im going to stop posting in the journal

for the passed few weeks i have taken this quite seriously and everything was to schedule and to be honest i did get abit obsessed with little facts and figures which most people happily over look

im taking a step back and shall continue to train but with no goal in mind

i came here to bulk and now im very happy with my size, im only 12 stone but it sits nicely on me

cant thank you guys enough for the very good advice and time you've given me

in case you are wondering why....

i split with my misses about a month back, as the more i got into this i came more obsessive and had little time for her, my frame of mind change around her, i became alot more analytical, judgmental and just general snobby (not saying people who train are like this, its just my approach to it was wrong)

ive now talked to her and family, who also became concerned, and i think its just best mentally to keep eating and training just for maintenance

im still going to hang around as you guys are just hilarious and ill help where i can

but to sum up, im back with the misses we are now closer than ever as im not longer putting her second, alot happier

this may come as a shock to some as its out of the blue but once i just thought i should step back and make it more recreational i did feel abit of weight lifted

thanks again guys! at least you helped my prove myself wrong that being small is not genetic for everyone!!
