| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Re: Daves Progress - started 3/4/08 Chest Press 72.5 - 10 75 - 8 77.5 - 6 (was very cautious about this today, didnt want my arms packing out with me below them lol, anyways, kept perfect form and arms seemed to have healed well) incline DB press 25 - 10 27.5 - 7 27.5 - 6 (couldnt get the 30 up on to my chest, sure i could of asked someone to help me and place it in my hand but id rather be able to get them up my chest myself) incline flys (forgot to do these so just did some cables at the end) triceps extensions 20 - 10 25 - 8 30 - 6 (seemed very easy, may have written my lifts last week wrong) weighted dips 10kg - 8 10kg - 6 free - 10 was new to weighted dips so was just exploring, shall add 7.5kg next week and then add with 2.5kgs got a good pump today |

| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Re: Daves Progress - started 3/4/08 wrist straps are on the way, think im swapping pulldowns to weighted pull ups, any thoughts on this would be appreciated, as its starting to become awkward to pull the weight down Shoulders mil press BB 45 - 10 47.5 - 8 50 - 5 (still some slight pain in my shoulders, its going though) Shrugs 60 - 10 65 - 10 70 - 10 75 - 10 (hah dont ask) Side raises 15 - 10 17.5 - 8 20 - 4 front raises 15 - 10 17.5 - 6 arms started hurting so finished, was a good workout though considering im limited by recovering, next week will be full on i hope! |

| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Re: Daves Progress - started 3/4/08 1 - shake, oats and a banana 2 - tuna sarnie with mayo, banana and some milk 3 - chicken and some new potatoes 4 - shake and two bananas (pre workout) 5 - post workout shake (its a beast ill give you a link if you want it, 1000 cals, 200carbs its lush) 6 - meal of the day, usually more potatoes and some sort of meat veg (i dont argue over this meal i just influence what the mother cooks, she likes to help my diet so this is her meal, will be like this until i move out lol) 7 - seeds and nuts the rest of the night and more milk thats it on average, some days i eat more some days i eat less i realize quantities are the main thing i should be adding to this, but that also varies but its always a stomach full |
