| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Re: Daves Progress - started 3/4/08 arms have recovered, deads tonight, bring em on!! ![]() also went for a swim last night, needed some salt, the water was lush, i always find the sea water has some sort of healing power lol, both mentally and physically i feel awesome after a good sea swim! EDIT thought i should bring this up as there are hazards to working out some guy stopped me on the beach and told me i looked hot...... now i normally get embarrassed when women compliment me and coming across shy always works with them but...... with a guy... i just chuckled and said thanks and quickly swam out anyone been in a similar situation lol Last edited by Mrdaveyk; 14-07-2008 at 01:34 PM. |

| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Re: Daves Progress - started 3/4/08 Back Deads 100 - 10 105 - 8 110 - 5 Rows 50 - 10 55 - 8 60 - 6 Pulldowns 8 - 10 9 - 8 8 - 6 (arms were starting to hurt from injuring them last week but i pushed out the reps) concentration curls 17.5 - 10 20 - 8 started to get serious pain in my shoulders so stopped my arms have recovered significantly since the weekend but are not ready to get back to full lifts deads, i hadnt done for two weeks and i could feel it, grip went much faster than normal started to feel sick though so must of been a good workout |
