| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Re: Daves Progress - started 3/4/08 aaww cheers guys really does mean alot when you guys post! bad news though, im going to have to throw in the towel for a few days (hopefully just the weekend) have injured both my arms and quite severely, being stupid, i tried to do my shoulders today and military press was unbearable, shrugs were ok though, depends on the movement of the arm shall post up in the injury forums once again cheers guys!

Good solid growth shows you must be doing things right. Long may the gains continue. How have you screwed up both arms?? A few days breal won't do any harm mate in fact I think that's why you are gaining so well with rest periods set at decent intervals. Cheers Colin

| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Re: Daves Progress - started 3/4/08 cheers fellas! well i myself joined here to ask about hormone pills, the guys snapped me up on my diet and within 4 months im the heaviest i have ever been, and even put my brothers ego to shame (hes all mouth no muscle, but now hes starting to creep around me lol, its kinda selfish but he needs to grow up lol) Quote:

| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Re: Daves Progress - started 3/4/08 Monday - Chest/Triceps Tuesday - Legs Wednesday - Boxing Thursday - Shoulders Friday - Back/Biceps Saturday - off Sunday - off Chest Flat Bench Press 3 sets Incline bench press 3 sets Dumbell Flyes 3 sets Back Deadlift 3 sets Rows 3 sets Pulldowns 2 sets Biceps Standing Barbell Curls 3 sets incline curls preachers and sometimes, ever other week i get a weight, about 10% more than i can curl one, use my other hand to lift him up and slowly let it down (i pick two techniques not really focusing on my biceps at the moment, just do it for the stretch) Triceps Dips 3 sets pushdowns extensions Legs Squats 3 sets/front squats leg press 3 sets Leg Extension 3 sets calve raises Shoulders Military press 3 sets front/side Lateral Raises 3 sets Shrugs 3 sets there ya go colt, it was buried in this journal somewhere lol

| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Re: Daves Progress - started 3/4/08 hah weeks now, im thinking about having a change but im still gaining so whats the point i vary between bar dumbbells and cables when arranged and as for next week shall switch it around as i want to get my deadlifts in that ive missed today so im breaking the routine mold just not on purpose some times when i start loosing gains i shall change, but i may be changing my approach to bench press soon as i seem to be halted on exactly 80 which is doing my chuff in!

| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Re: Daves Progress - started 3/4/08 hhhmmm try lowering the reps and upping the weight perhaps, different reps systems i had in mind 5x5 a few guys use, but theres loads lol if you have gone down maybe its your diet, you having a good pre workout meal, high in carbs? i tend to have two bananas and a shake that gets me in the right frame of mind and then my beast of a post workout shake quickly gets me my energy back
