| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Re: Daves Progress - started 3/4/08 aye its weird, some days i just like fcuk it and i add another 10kg and i can rep it out of course some days i dont and i have to retrest back to previous weight but i thiink even doing that gives the muscles abit of a kick e.g. 'sh!t, he wants to lift that, lets grow grow grow' heheheh oohhh yeh i got a new gym partner hes a good 14 stone and all shoulders, even though i wont been training directly with him (different routines) itll be good encouragement for us both as hes just decided to get back into BB, havent seen him for eight years aswell lol, been a good week to be fair |

Press work always works the triceps and having two pressing exercises to be followed up by 3 direct tricep isolation exercises i'd say they are nuked by the end |

| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Re: Daves Progress - started 3/4/08 bah im back baby!! havent been in here for a few days so i brought in some reinforcements to keep me coming back haha damn link wont work..... anyways was going to be hot lady with jiggly boobs na in all honesty i just needed to get me head around a few personal things..... ended up rogering some pasty that honestly makes me sick thinking back! so the general idea to make yourself happy is................... do something (or someone) that will make you so happy because you dont have to do it again haha ![]() shall post up last weeks shoulders and todays chest and tris shortly! thanks for popping in all! was nice to come back to ![]() |
