Going to try and get one done recently to see if i have progressed. There wont be to much progress as i have had a terrible diet and an isolation workout. ![]() Dont know how to make the image bigger, in photobucket. Ill upload a phone photo tonight. My chest has gone a bit bigger and my lats are showing more. Legs have grown so much they have started getting stretch marks. |

![]() ![]() | Re: Pic before training Yeah you have a good advantage on your legs with the rugby...thats where i lack. just watch your body fat slightly, consume plenty of protien, hit your muscles hard and you will be well away mate! |

That sort of figure is from a seriously bad diet full of fast foods and crisps etc. When i sort my diet for when i go back to school and start at the gym monday, wednesday, friday im hoping to see more gains. And also with 4 hours of rugby training with the u18s rugby is going to be good for me. Its so hard the fitness and speed. |

![]() ![]() | Re: Pic before training You need to eat like a horse mate. Plenty of protein and carbs. Lift Heavy and rest... Try putting in some heavy compounds to.You will soon grow buddy. When i first started traing 2 years ago i was abit like you mate. Check out my pictures ok... Good luck |
