I thought that about my upper arms but since the fats come off they are looking pretty small in proportion. Good thing is by the end of this i will be able to see what is underneath and plan to correct weaker areas. Cheers Colin |

I did notice tonight a lot more vascular in forearms and bi's even starting to show some to. my avatar is pic from weekend Weights up a kilo so i think the supps must be kicking in (water weight) but seem to be loosing some fat off my fat tits so thats a big plus. I have still been pretty strict with diet and sticking to around the right figures. I think my biggest downfall is not getting enough whole food in and relying on whey for my protein. struggle to cram down 300g of protein though. Gave the cardio a rest today as joints sore (must take my glucosamine and chondroitine) I suffer with dry joints on this supplement so expected it. I will wait a couple more weeks before posting pics so hopefully a good comparison. Should i still be loosing weight now? I know people say leave the scales alone but they keep drawing me in. I suppose i could be building muscle as i have realised just how sh1t my diet was before cutting. I think my head is shot from diet:gun::gun:one minute i think i am loosing loads then not loosing any. I might start dragging my **** out of bed for some fasted am cardio. Cheers Colin |

My bi's tonight are hurting like crazy after a top tip from WeeG on isolating bi's from my forearms. I failed on medium carb day today. was good all day but got back from gym and chucked half a block of ice cream in my protein shake:beer1: Man it tasted good with the pharma whey cookie dough flavour. leaves me around 50g over carbs at about 225g today so not drastic. Feels like progress has ground to a stop but thats probably my head. I will post pics next week. |

If i type it i dont think i could explain as well as WeeG. Well it's carb up today ![]() Been cramming down smoothies, frijj, popcorn and yoghurts. Gonna have a big pasta meal later with icecream for dessert. here are some update pics. I think i have lost abit of flab of the tits. I am up another 1kg back upto 100kg but fat still seems to be dropping. I can definately feel the epi working now as broke a personal best on dips last night. For the first time ever i managed a 10kg weight for last set. also pushed out an extra 4kg on db shoulder press. all this on a low carb day:crazy: I should have got comparison pics of legs as they are growing like crazy. I used to struggle to get them to grow but they seem to like all the volume of uphill cardio. I tried on a pair of 34" waist jeans that haven't fitted for a few years. and they went around waist ok (bit squeezing out over top lol) but my legs would hardly go into leg and couldn't walk in them:lift: anyway chuffed at progress although will be glad to shed more fat off chest and gut. |

I have come on here to confess!!! I have eaten a dominoes tonight and it tasted so damn good:beer1: I usually have cheat meal friday night but this week it wouldn't wait. Progress still seems to be solid. Epidrol is really helping with workouts now and strength is really going up. quite surprised by how much really for such a weak compound. Vascularity of arms is still improving and waist has shrank a little more. Quite a lot of fat seems to have come of chest now. Looking forward to Sunday as going to nabba west. Will try and update pics saturday. Cheers Colin |

People will say otherwise but the fat loss properties of a steroidal compound are usually quite poor. My advice would be to get diet and cardio sussed first. Now i know everyone says this but i have ran 2 short cycles of prohormone with a poor diet and gained 3kg on the best one. I then adjusted diet and went on natural bulking routine and shed 5% BF and stayed the same weight which gave gains of around 6KG!!! I am purely on epidrol due to strength drop and muscle retention although after much advice realised i started this cycle too early into cut anyway:( So anyway enough preaching i am running 30mg per day split doses. Cardio 6 days a week uphill walking on treadmill monitoring heart rate. HR at 130bpm which is my fat burning zone cheers colin |
