| Gym Addict | Hi! Im new to this guys so be gentle ![]() Been training for a few years and looking into ass, im unsure whats a good 1st time cycle as i hear so many different views, i just want to look thicker all over as i have this build it gets hidden under clothes and i have to wear a vest or t shirt to tell i go the gym. i was thinking test e or test c but feel free to comment. thanks! At the moment i just want to get bigger but keep the same condition, im into the athletic look not the stocky look. I train 4 x per week mon/tues thurs/fri MON (legs) 4 x 10 squat, 3 x 10 leg press, 3 x 10 leg extensions, 3 x 10 hamstring curls, 4 x 15 standing and seated calf raises) TUES (back/tric's) 4 x 10 barbell row (alternating from under/over hand grip) 3 x 10 dumbell rows, 3 x 10 seated close grip machine row, 3 x 10 lat pulldown to the front, 3 x 10 close grip pull down 3 x 10 close grip press on smiths machine, 3 x 10 tricep pull down, 3 x 10 pull down with a rope but leaning away for a deep stretch THURS (chest/traps) 3 x 8 incline barbell press, 3 x 8 flat bench dumbell press, 3 x 8 flys, 3 x 8 dips, 3 x 8 cable extensions 4 x 10 machine shrugs close grip 4 x 10 over hand wide grip shrugs FRI (shoulders/biceps) 3 x 8 dumbell press (sometimes arnold press) 3 x 8 seated bent over lateral raises, 3 x 8 seated lateral raises, 3 x 8 shoulder over head press 3 x 8 cable upright row (<--- every other week) 2 x 10 barbell curls (strict) 2 x 8 dumbell hammer curls, 2 x 8 machine preacher curls I do abs twice a week crunchesn leg raises and decline bench 3 x 12 reps Diet i try to eat as much as i can but it differs day to day to be honest 9am 3 toast and honey and protein shake 12.30pm 2 tuna sandwitch (whole can) litre water and apple 2pm gym 3pm myoplex shake 4pm 2 mcdonald cheese burger (i know but the protein in them aint that bad) 7pm Rice and chicken 9 - 10pm 2 honey toast and casein shake The above is a good day the odd time when i aint following this diet i may skip the shakes in the morning and evening for a pint of skimmed milk. i usually eat clean beside the maccy's but want to gain the size slowly, i used to be very defined (see pic) Any help will be appreciated. |

| Gym Addict | Awe thanks guy much appreciated ![]() lol that pic does look arty but was messing about when my sis took that picon her phone, that was last summer. just got back from the gym and was talking to the owner he said as a newbie to ass i could take test e 500 mg (twice a week mon and thurs) my training partner (my brother) is currently taking sust 250mg twice a week (i know i told him every 3rd day but he's a newbie 2 ass and he's reacted well with that dosage) also and he's making good gains he's on week 4 (we have kinda the same build) my worry is i have seen many on test e and there faces go big and round?? i just want solid lean gains that i can keep most of end of the cycle (i know about pct and diet is important after cycle) i hope the diet and training is ok as in the last few months i altered this as i was going around twice a week and not eating alot but still gained but this year i wanna look bigger with the same condition if possible. thanks again feels good to be welcomed as i was worried to be honest posting my pics to you bigger guys.:lift: |

| should step on stage?? | Re: new member is that test e a 500mg twice a week or split up so its 250 then 250= 500mg? has i think the first is definatly a bit too much for a first cycle! also mate i would definatly get the eating sorted 1st has the gains wont be what you expect them to be otherwise hope this helps sim |

| UK-Muscle Moderator | Re: new member few things mate.. test is test.. whether its enan, cyp, prop they are all the same... testosterone.. all that differs is the time release system they are held in (ester) sust is a blend of esters.. so again no difference from above.. i'd actually bet you £50 you'd make more solid keepable gains in 3 months doubling your food intake than you would taking AAS... that food honestly is not enough to build any kind of muscle you'd be lucky to be hitting 1800 calories with the food you have listed above..enough to sustain a average 9 stone inactive female you need to be doubling that to grow imo.. But for now shoot for 3000 calories and go from there, |
