Thumbs up Re: new member

Thanx again for the replies well appreciated.

Your right DB, after i written down the diet i realised i wasnt getting enough calories, but if i eat much more i dont think i will be hungry for the next meal:confused:

i guess some force feeding is in need!

i have just done some food shopping and written down my new diet as of 2morw

7.30am
3 toast and honey and protein shake mixed in oats

9.30am
2 cans of tuna with brown rice mixed with veg

11am
1 cheeseburger pint of water

12pm
pasta and chicken

1.30pm GYM

2.30pm
myoplex shake with 5 rice cakes

4.30pm
Large jaket spud, mixed veg and steak

6pm
1 cheeseburger with skimmed milk

7pm
Rice and chicken with vegs

9 - 10pm
2 honey toast and casein shake (nutri sport 90+)

I will make another shake to leave beside me incase i wake up during the night. i added the burgers to keep the calories up as they are around 300 with around 17grm protein ( i like these as they are easy to eat)

Hope this diet looks ok for you guys, im going to stick with this as long as i can and start cooking the night before (something i aint ever done)

yes simeon it would be 250mg on mon then on thurs, but if you say its to much for a 1st cycle then i believe you. Other thing im worried is that on test (enth, cyp, sust etc) side effects it says loss of libido but then some people say the always horney hows this??

Thanx Artemis for the compliment much appreciated, you must be huge being my height at 15 stone, my ideal would be around 13.5 - 14 stone, i may seem light at 12.5 stone but its like an illusion i look heavy i met skinny people who are heavier

Oh yeh 1 last thing, i want to look wider as i think my shoulders are **** to be honest, when i do side laterals light i can do them strict but i seen wide guys using heavyr weight with bit of cheating so was thinking shall i try this to shock em into growth?

THanxs again for all your replies

diet is much better mate!!

i have added some fat to the diet easiest way to get calories and your diet was defo lacking in fats... hope that helps

in regards to shoulders heavy over head pressing movements build solid mass keep on them... lat raises are not that great mass builders they just complete the shoulder but u need a decent amount of clay to sculp.. get me?

Re: new member

Thanx again DB

wow that seems to be alot of food there but will stick with it the best i can

with the added peanut butter i use a shaker do you mean eat it of the spoon or blend them all in a mixer?

The overhead press you talking about would it make a difference if its done on a machine, i do dumbell but cant seem to lift alot on them ( i do around 25kg on each side) ive used the smith machine before but it starts to hurts my shoulder bone. My front delts seem to have good size but i dont think im wide enough:(

You looking good in your pics, it amazes me you probably eat so much but keep a low body fat look?

i'd actually bet you £50 you'd make more solid keepable gains in 3 months doubling your food intake than you would taking AAS...

that food honestly is not enough to build any kind of muscle

you'd be lucky to be hitting 1800 calories with the food you have listed above..enough to sustain a average 9 stone inactive female

you need to be doubling that to grow imo.. But for now shoot for 3000 calories and go from there,

Bang on. You mention your diet is that on a good day?!!!
You'll make plenty of gains just by eating mroe good food. You need more complex carbs in the am for a start, how you're fuelling your training I'm not sure.
Sorry to be brutal, but if you eat like an 8 stone female, you'll look like one. And if you start test, any test, you simply don't have enough calories to rebuild the muscle as you are hoping.
So spend 3 months on a better diet and re-assess.

Re: new member

Don't bother with the shake in the night, your digestive system needs to shut down for a while.

My front delts seem to have good size but i dont think im wide enough:(imo its far better using free weights... start with free weights when u ahve done a few sets move onto the machine... wrap it up with some lat raises and thats a decent shoulder workout imo

You looking good in your pics, it amazes me you probably eat so much but keep a low body fat look?Haha cheers mate u'd be suprised how efficient the body is at using food when u get use to it
