COLT24 progress & Pictures ** start date 17th sep 2007 **

Hey all,
Just thought I'll post a small update, I thought things were going well till i saw these pics :( I've seemed to added a bit more mass on my back which i'm happy about. Though i've hit a large wall and making slow progress.

3 months back
11.5 stone

Now
I'm 5,8ft
12 stone
age 20

This pic is about two years old, I'm 9 half stone here

The new pictures i'm dead on 12 stone.

good work mate, keep at it, the slow progress is why people tend to quit, keep at it and you'll reap the rewards

Hey all, just thought i'll post a small update.
Things seem to be going well.....in space of 4 weeks i've upped my deadlift from 80kg to 105kgs for 3 sets, hitting round about 6-7-8 reps

Diet
Meal 1 - weatabix milk - protein shake oats
meal 2 - brown bread one tin of tuna
meal 3 - somtimes i have pasta depending on how the day goes :O
work out
protein shake with oats

meal 4 - either steak or chicken with veg/ and hand full of mixed nuts
meal 5 tin of tuna with one egg
meal 6 - either chicken or steak or pork with veg/ and hand full of mixed nuts

before bed proteinshake :O

is this okay?>>

re: COLT24 progress & Pictures ** start date 17th sep 2008 **

Hey mate.. thats great progress! well done. In my opinion.. I wouldnt go all out just to lift heavier and reducing reps lower than 8.. lift the max for reps the the 8-12 range.. then add weight to get 8 reps again. This is imo is the muscle building rep range and where I get my best results. But good results and great prgress mate, congrats! :lift:

Progress pictures **colt24** :O :O !!!! Another Pic Update Soon!!!

Right...

I feel like I've hit a massive wall, I'm starting to have alot of off days. I've just started taking "SuperPump 250". First week was fine.. now I'm starting to feel abit lite headed after my sets :(
I'm stuck with my bench press also... can't seem to add anymore weights, its really starting to f***k me off. I'm only seeing improvement with my triceps

i've been on this routine for about 6 months, changing the odd exercise and equipment i.e, barbell to dumbells weekly.

I don't know what to do :e been changing reps and sets to 5x5 on and off..

IM CRAP
