Re: 2 year progression

wogihao you little detective, quite alot of your post is correct, however not all.
im more into my freeweight exercises, however the compound back movements have only really came into my training style since new year. for my chest usually ill do flat bench/flat dumbells, with an incline press and maybe some crossovers. i think my genetics play a massive part in my arm development - since i can remember ive always had "above average" arms, i dont train biceps all that often but tricep training is a must as TH&S said they are bigger then biceps so i see it as they need more work.
my future plans, hopefully be able to compete at some stage , im still natty and in all honesty the diet isnt up to a reasonable standard so i do believe i have potential maybe in the future. My back needs ALOT more width, from some reason no matter how i train it, it doesnt really respond the way other parts do. typical training for my back would be on monday, deads, T-Bar and Roman chair 12 working sets in total. then thursday pull ups, narrow pulldown and some pullovers to finish, again 12 working sets, generally i switch the order i do the exercises each week (if i remember)
FOZISPILGRAM - Training looks like this:
monday, chest - back
tuesday, legs - shoulders
wednesday, bi`s(every 2nd week) - tr`is - abs
thursday, chest - back
friday, legs - shoulders
hope that ive covered the majority of questions
