| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | back advice i aint hugely built but i think im slowly getting there if im perfectly honest i rarely focus on my back but since joining here im going to fit more time for shrugs, deadlift and multiple lats workouts. from the picture below i just need a few ideas of areas i should work i know my lower back definitely needs it and im hoping deadlifts will get it going, so any ideas feel free to hurl my way ![]() to be fair i hate posting picture of myself but i suppose its the only way for you guys to give me the best advicebe gentle!:peace:

| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Re: back advice chins i got going as i got a chin bar in me doorway, always handy to walk into after a night out deads are sorted, but rows i cant (i train at home) now im sure ive read somewhere theres a dumbbell workout that replicates a row, what they called buddy if they even exist

| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Re: back advice ![]() please note i decided not to smudge out my funny pout, leave it in for the crack init!:love: (post workout, i couldn't feel my face) ![]() as you can see in the top one my right lat seems longer and wider, but ive just been working on them, starting today, lower back especially and i can feeling them aching now so progress is good! deadlifts!!!! genius!!! i always thought the pull on my back was like a warning sign that i have poor joints in my spine! turns out its just the muscle pulling, when i was younger i had a few problems with my back, hence why its not worked on shall post updates! and if anyone else has anyone good tips, fire 'em my way!

Changing of your hand ( turning wrist ) will determine whether you achieve width or girth. You can make-shift a t-bar contraption at home relatively easily as well. Can't tell by the photo's but do you do any shrugs ( I consider them back, but some don't ). Hint: While posing biceps, push your shoulder towards the ground with your elbow above the parallel line

I also like T-Bar and is easy to set up in home, just take your BB and place one end in a corner. Done
