Age 22 Height 5'5'' Weight 10st exactly I started my new programme which was kindly given to me by Pscarb on Monday 10th March 2008. Following lots of sound advice my newly modified diet is typically as follows: Breakfast 7-8am: Porridge Oats made with Water with teaspoon of Jam for flavour & Protein Shake Mid Morning: Scrambled egg 2 whites and 1 yolk Lunch: Small jacket potato with sardines in tomato sauce. Mid afternoon: (Post workout) Protein Shake with 1 banana and peanut butter Dinner: Lean meat/ fish with vegetables sometimes pasta. As for training, my typical routine is as follows: Monday: (Back/ Arms/ Abs) Wide grip Lat pulldown Seated row/ cable row Standing dumbell curls Tricep rope extension Close Grip Lat pulldown V-Bar Tricep extension Ab crunches Plank 30 mins cardio (Cross Trainer & Vertical Bike) Tuesday: (Rest) Wednesday: (Quads/ Hamstrings/Calfs Lying leg curls Leg Extension Dumbell Squats Lunges Seated calf raises (Possibly being omitted) 45 Mins Spinning Class (Cardio) Thursday: (Rest) 30 Mins cardio (Skipping) Ab crunches Friday: (Chest & Shoulders) Flat bench press Incline dumbell fly Dumbell side raise Dumbell Shoulder press All at 3 x 12 reps. What time of the day do you train?? I would have some protein with your breakfast aswell because your body has gone hours without having any from sleeping |
